EMPOWERING THE FUTURE: THE WINDTRE TRAINING PLAN

WINDTRE launches the new training plan ‘Empowering the Future’ to give its employees the opportunity to hone their skills in the digital field. There are 24 training projects and a total of 290 thousand hours of training , usable thanks to the e-Learning platform on the company Intranet which can be accessed during working hours. The programs are based on virtual classrooms and certificates and certificates will also be issued upon completion of each course. The program will specifically concern Digital Mindset and Transversal Skills, Transformation and Reskilling, Technological Evolution and Customer & Sales Excellence.
Digital Mindset and Transversal Skills are the two areas most focused on collaboration in smart working and deepen the theme of sustainability and skills related to the digital world; Transformation and Reskilling, on the other hand, promotes a focus on the requalification of the people involved in transformation projects; Evoluzione Tecnologica addresses the Technology area for the development of skills connected to 5G and finally Customer & Sales Excellence is dedicated to the upskilling of customer management and sales processes in a market system that has been profoundly changed by technological expansion.
